free crochet pattern for broom stick duster.

Image
Since I'm only 5'2" I have trouble reaching high areas in the house to duster.  So I came up with a duster that slide onto the end of your broom handle. It is great for dusting door trim, ceiling fans, light fixtures, tops of your windows and so on. When you are done just slide it back off and toss in the washer. Here is the pattern and if you have any questions please let me know.  I would love to see yours and read any comments.  Thank you and hope you enjoy. Materials: worsted weight yarn hook: 4mm G small pom pom Round 1: start with magic ring ch 1 6 hdc into ring sl st to join Round 2: ch 1 2hdc in each stitch sl st to join Round 3: in back loop only hdc in each st sl st to join Round 4: hdc in each stitch at this point tie on small pom pom at the top in the center make sure it is tight Rounds 5-14: hdc in each st sl st to join fasten off weave in end Now for the duster part: Round 1: slip stitch around one of the post under the pom pom chain 16
